Are there minimum commitments?
No. There are no minimums, no setup fees, and no long-term contracts. Pay only for what you use, starting from $0.
What about volume discounts?
For high-volume usage (over $5,000/month), we offer custom pricing. Contact us to discuss your needs.
What's the SLA?
We target 99.9% uptime for all services. This means:
- Less than 8.76 hours of downtime per year
- Less than 43.8 minutes of downtime per month
Enterprise customers can negotiate custom SLAs with compensation terms.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Full data export is available via API:
- Users - Export all user records
- Devices - Export device registrations
- Media - Download all uploaded files
- Transactions - Export payment history
Your data is yours. We never lock you in.
What about security and compliance?
We take security seriously:
- Encryption - All data encrypted at rest and in transit
- Infrastructure - Built on AWS and Cloudflare with their security certifications
- SOC 2 - Planned for 2026 (contact us if you need this sooner)
- GDPR - We support data deletion requests and provide DPAs on request
Where is my data stored?
Primary infrastructure is in us-east-1 (N. Virginia, USA). Media is served globally via Cloudflare's CDN with edge caching.
Enterprise customers can request specific regions. Contact us for multi-region deployments.
What support is included?

Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual commitments receive a 10% discount on estimated usage. Contact us to set up annual billing.
What about rate limits?
Default rate limits are generous for most use cases:
- Auth: 1,000 requests/minute per tenant
- Notify: 10,000 requests/minute per tenant
- Media: 1,000 uploads/minute per org
Enterprise customers can request higher limits at no additional cost.
